» Part-time Sales Rep

The How-to Help Desk is a new service offering by DB Pros.  DB Pros is a database and business advisory and implementation provider in northern NJ, servicing entrepreneurs and small businesses.

The How-to Help Desk is designed to help business owners and their teams resolve desktop application issues.  It can also be a resource for employees of mid-size and large corporations.  All support is provided through screen-sharing, phone and webcam.   The goal is to provide support to clients that will resolve application issues within a 15-minute timeframe.

The How-to Help Desk is seeking someone with 3+ years sales experience (sorry, no recent college grads) to sell to Corporate Accounts (50-1000 employee companies).  As the company grows and sales take off, this can become a full-time salaried position.

What to expect:

  • We are looking for part-time workers.
  • Pay is based on a commission for each sale closed.
  • Flexible hours.  Work how you see fit to close deals.
  • You will be an independent contractor for DB Pros, not a part-time employee.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales experience a must
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office product suite, and other business software tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet quotas
  • Enter all leads, appointments, etc into our database system
